My Review of January in 2019





  • From the beginning of the month and year I met lots of new people even for 1-2 day(s). And I called them as friend, I shared some good time with them.


  • I had 2 exams (Agricultural System nd Fundamentals of Plant Protection), a meeting with my supervisor and 10 days with my family.


  • I started to read 2 books and added another book in the dream of finishing them. But couldn’t manage it. I wanted to spend more time in physical real world with my family and friends. And in my inner world I wanted to dedicate that time by doing yoga. 


  • I did yoga everyday by Yoga with Adriene and shared my energy with the world amd people who did the same. It felt good and after a long time I succeeded to maintain a thing everyday. My mom joined me for the last week. She also liked it. 


  • I watched a movie in Cinema: “Bohemian Rhapsody”, I loved the story of Freddie Mercury’s relationships with his lovers, family, and band friends, also it was interesting to see/learn their story as a band. I tried to watched 3 movies with a friend, but it didn’t work well: “Bird Box”, “The Shining”, “Dumb and Dumber to”. I watched 4 movies with my family: “Nocturnal Animals”, “Jane”, “Midnight in Paris”, “The Revenant”.


I went to Turkey after my exams to see my parents and for some paperworks. I needed to renew my passport. And as I am a pescetarian I wanted to give blood to see my micromolecules if I had them enough in my mostly plant-based diet. The results were quite qood. There was only deficiency in my ferritin and creatinin in my blood, but there was surplus of my intake of fats. They massed in my upper legs, belly. To be honest, it was obvious because I had acnes, and I ate too much fatty foods like avocado, nuts, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin and chia), peanut butter and tahini, just because to get enough protein and some Omega-3.  I gained muscle as well. Most of them built in my body cavity. It was odd to me because I started to do pushups also, so I thought I had muscles in my arms or legs (also because of yoga). Instead of muscle I had fat in those areas. Anyway, it’s okay for me for now, I’m still at the beginning. I’m new in this diet, I will learn more about it by trying, seeing new things. It’s exciting.
